Hey everyone, it’s Keith from the Champagne Agency. Just a quick reminder of the value of sewer drain backup. Sewer drain backup is an additional rider on your Homeowners Policy that covers valuable items anywhere between 5000 up to 20,000 of coverage for items in your basement. So if the sewer and drains back up and causes water to come into your basement you will have that additional coverage for your items. It’s not included in a Homeowners Policy, so if you don’t have it, make sure that you add it or if you’re getting a new Homeowners Policy we will be sure to speak with you about that.
